Dear all,I am carrying out a research on personal loyalty toward sub-brand as a part of my MSc Corporate brand management dissertation at Brunel University. The purpose of this questionnaire is to analyse the impact of WOM communication on “Brand familiarity and its Sub-brand loyalty”. Here I would like to explain the meaning of sub-brand: the sub-brand is an extension brand from parent brand, which is given with its own name and differentiated it from the original brand.
